In order to provide you with premium B2B intelligence and event services, we act as a Data Fiduciary and collect the following categories of personal data:
- Identity & Professional Data: First and last name, job title, company name, corporate email address, phone number, and LinkedIn profile link (if provided).
- Account & Subscription Data: Username, password, subscription tier, and corporate team plan associations.
- Transaction & Billing Data: Billing address, GSTIN (for corporate invoicing), and transaction history. We use secure third-party payment gateways.
- Event Data: Registration details, dietary preferences (where applicable for live events), on site engagement data and records of sessions attended.
- Technical & Usage Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, time zone, click-paths, duration of access, and data on how you interact with our paywalled reports.
2. HOW WE COLLECT YOUR DATA
- Direct Interactions: When you create an account, purchase a subscription, register for an event, or contact our support team.
- Automated Technologies: As you interact with our Platform, we automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment and browsing actions using cookies, server logs, and similar technologies.
- Third Parties & Partners: We may receive professional data about you from analytics providers, corporate plan administrators (if your company purchases a team plan), or event ticketing partners.

6. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE DPDP ACT (2023)
